Artist Statement

I work mostly with colored paper, beads, wire, copper, glass and clear resin. In constructing my work I seek a textured surface that combines these different elements and I construct abstract patterns, or a representational composition. I convey these images in a collage format, using repetition and overlapping shapes. Arranging beads and colored shapes is an adventure of forms and colors. The challenge for me is to make pleasing order from choas, and to create something beautiful with love.
